Curing Blankets
Grip-Rite has the cold weather cure for your climate, your jobsite needs, and your budget.
Available in three styles, Grip-Rite blankets provide proven jobsite performance in maintaining heat of hydration particularly during the critical early stages of curing. Grip-Rite is the only blanket on the market today with a low .87 Perm rating, providing a superior vapor block during curing.
Grip-Rite curing blankets are the ultimate insulator...keeping winter out, and warmth under the blanket...where you need it.
  • Ultimate Titanium Dioxide Coated Blankets
  • Titanium dioxide coating is will known and effective shield that prevents heat loss or penetration. Grip-Rite Ultimate blankets features this coating on the concrete side over a tough woven 10x8 opaque weave.
  • Double needles sewn all around; double folded width hems.
  • 18 buttons fasteners (per 6 ft. x 25 ft.) keep the insulation in place for vertical applications.
  • Closed cell foam insulation

All blanket dimensions are nominal.
R-value test reports are available on Architectural Testing Reports 74536.01-116-25 and 87899.01-116-25.
Perm value test report available on Trinity/ERD report P9530.03.08-R2.
Follow ACI guidelines when selecting an R Value. ACI recommends that insulation must be kept in close contact with the concrete. Use R Values "without air space" when selecting a blanket.
Certain forming applications afford airspace between the blanket and the concrete. R Values stated "with 3" air gap" will vary in actual jobsite conditions.
